Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Junior Tele Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and contribute to the company's revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to engage with customers across diverse industries. Key responsibilities: Identify and generate new business leads through online research, databases, social media, exhibitions, referrals, and other lead generation channels. Reach out to prospective clients across various industries, including e-commerce, hospitality, travel, tourism, and other target market segments. Qualify and validate leads by reviewing CRM records to identify existing customers, active opportunities, and dormant accounts. Accurately register and maintain all prospect and customer information in the CRM system. Schedule sales calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions through the CRM to ensure timely engagement. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to grow their business. Achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue, daily sales activities, and new customer acquisition. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer communications. Perform any other sales-related duties assigned by the management. Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Sales, or a related field. Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or business development is an advantage. Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales skills are encouraged to apply. Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships. Good computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
