Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Thalawathugoda. The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying prospective customers, presenting suitable life insurance solutions, and achieving assigned sales targets. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, conducting needs-based consultations, and providing timely follow-up and support to policyholders. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales systems, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and servicing, and participating in sales campaigns, training sessions, and promotional activities. The Sales Executive will represent Union Assurance professionally in all interactions and contribute to the overall growth of the sales team. Qualifications Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to meet or exceed performance targets. Customer relationship management, client service, and consultation skills to understand and address individual needs. Effective communication and presentation skills in en_US or local languages, with the ability to explain complex information clearly. Basic financial literacy and an understanding of insurance or related financial products (experience in life insurance is an advantage). Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree or professional qualification in business, marketing, finance, or a related field is an added benefit. Prior experience in sales, banking, insurance, or financial services is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates.
