Key Responsibilities Deliver personalized consultations and product guidance across Fashion & Luxury, Liquor, Fragrance & Cosmetics, Watches, Food & Confectionery, and Electronics. Drive aided sales using expert product knowledge, implementing up-selling and cross-selling strategies to meet customer needs. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each interaction reflects brand values and enhances the customer experience. Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) consistently. Ensure visual merchandising and brand presentation meet premium retail standards. Maintain stock levels, organize displays, and uphold store cleanliness and operational standards. Support inventory management including stock replenishment, receiving, and stock counts. Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems and handle payments where required. Ensure compliance with Duty Free regulations, procedures, and company policies. Key Requirements G.C.E. O/L or A/L qualification; additional education in retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage. Experience in retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or Duty Free environment is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage. Ability to handle basic calculations and willingness to learn POS systems. Customer-focused, proactive, and sales-driven mindset. Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Well-groomed, professional appearance suitable for a premium retail environment.
