Role Description The Sales Executive – Showroom is a full-time, on-site role based in Colombo, responsible for driving sales and delivering an excellent customer experience within the showroom. This role involves welcoming and engaging visitors, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable furniture solutions that align with KUKA Home’s brand and design standards. The Sales Executive will prepare quotes, process orders, manage billing and payment coordination, and ensure accurate documentation of sales activities. Key Responsibilities Welcome cust omers and guide them towards furniture solutions suited to their needs, preferences and living spaces. Deliver confident product presentations and recommendations. Drive showroom sales through walk-ins, follow-ups, referrals and upselling opportunities. Manage customer inquiries, quotations and order coordination. Maintain high showroom presentation standards. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Requirements Diploma or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business or a related field. Minimum three years of experience in furniture, retail or showroom sales. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver strong commercial results. Strong communication, interpersonal and customer engagement skills. Confidence in product presentation, negotiation and relationship building. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems would be an advantage. Well-presented, energetic and comfortable working in a fast-paced showroom environment.
