About the Role We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a large-scale HR systems transformation project within a leading retail group. The role will work closely with HR, business and technology teams to enhance and implement HR platforms across areas such as Payroll, Time & Attendance, Digital Rostering and other HRIS functions . Key Responsibilities Gather and analyse business requirements from HR and operational stakeholders Translate business needs into functional requirements and system solutions Support HR system implementation, enhancement and integration Work closely with technology teams, vendors and business users throughout the project lifecycle Conduct process mapping, gap analysis and documentation Support system testing, UAT, issue tracking and implementation Coordinate across multiple stakeholders and markets Requirements Around 4–6+ years of Business Analyst experience Hands-on experience working on HR systems / HRIS projects Experience in one or more of the following is highly preferred: Payroll systems Time & Attendance systems Digital Rostering / Workforce Scheduling Other HR technology platforms Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills Able to work independently in a fast-paced project environment Fluent Mandarin and English required Cantonese / trilingual capability would be a strong advantage Why Join?
