Account Cum HR Executive

Key Responsibilities: ACCOUNTING & ADMIN Handle daily accounting transactions and data entry. Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts and other accounting documents. Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable. Assist with monthly accounts closing and reporting. Prepare documents and records for HQ/external accountant. Handle staff claims, expenses and petty cash. Maintain proper filing and accounting records. Assist with stock and purchasing documentation when required. HR & PAYROLL Handle monthly payroll and staff attendance records. Manage staff leave, MC, overtime, and attendance. Maintain employee personal files and HR records. Prepare employment letters and HR-related documents. Assist with recruitment, interview arrangements, and onboarding. Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and discipline. Handle statutory matters such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB. Assist management in implementing company HR policies and procedures. Requirement: Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field. 2–4 years of relevant working experience. Experience in both accounting and HR/payroll is an advantage. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Familiar with accounting software. Good understanding of payroll and statutory contributions. Detail-oriented, organised, and responsible. Able to work independently and meet deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to handle confidential employee and company information professionally.
