About the role We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Payroll Executive to join our HR team. This role will be responsible for managing the full payroll cycle, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing while maintaining compliance with Malaysian statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on payroll experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage payroll for a growing organisation with multiple business entities. Key responsibilities Handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing accurately and within the required timeline. Process basic salary, overtime, allowances, incentives, commissions, bonuses, unpaid leave and other payroll adjustments. Verify attendance, leave, overtime and other payroll-related information before payroll closing. Manage statutory contributions and submissions including EPF/KWSP, SOCSO/PERKESO, EIS and PCB/MTD. Prepare payroll reports, salary summaries and payroll reconciliation. Process new joiners, resignations, final salary calculations and other employee payroll adjustments. Handle employee payroll enquiries and resolve salary discrepancies promptly. Maintain accurate and confidential employee payroll records and coordinate with Finance for salary payment and payroll-related reconciliation. Assist with annual EA Form preparation and other statutory payroll requirements. Ensure payroll practices comply with Malaysian employment legislation and statutory requirements. About you Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field. Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on payroll experience. Strong knowledge of Malaysian payroll practices and statutory requirements, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB. Experience handling full-cycle payroll independently is highly preferred. Experience managing payroll for multiple companies/entities or a large employee headcount will be an advantage. Familiar with payroll systems and Microsoft Excel. Good numerical ability with strong attention to detail. Able to work with strict monthly payroll deadlines. High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling employee salary information. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
