Role Description The Pharmacist – Client Experience Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo, responsible for supporting both wellness services and client satisfaction at G Spa. This role includes advising guests on suitable wellness and spa products, ensuring safe and accurate dispensing of any pharmacy-related items, and answering client questions about product use and potential interactions. The Pharmacist – Client Experience Agent will greet and guide clients through their spa journey, manage bookings and follow-ups when needed, and collaborate with therapists to align product recommendations with treatment plans. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, monitoring stock levels, and contributing to an overall calm, professional, and welcoming environment. Qualifications Licensed pharmacist (or eligibility for licensure) with strong knowledge of medications, wellness products, and safe dispensing practices. Client service and communication skills, including the ability to listen actively, explain product information clearly, and handle client concerns professionally. Organizational and administrative skills for managing records, coordinating with spa staff, and supporting booking and follow-up processes. Attention to detail and adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards in a spa and wellness environment. Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, and maintain a calm, courteous manner in a high-end hospitality setting. Proficiency with basic computer systems and point-of-sale or booking software; prior experience in a spa, wellness center, or hospitality setting is an advantage. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred; additional language skills are a plus.
