Role Description The Nurse role at Alameda Healthcare is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The nurse will provide direct patient care, including assessing patient conditions, administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs, and documenting care accurately in medical records. They will collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, assist in developing and implementing care plans, support patients and families with education on diagnoses and treatments, and ensure adherence to safety and infection-control protocols. The nurse will also participate in quality improvement activities, follow hospital policies and clinical guidelines, and contribute to a supportive, respectful, and culturally sensitive care environment. Qualifications Clinical nursing skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, and basic life support. Knowledge of hospital procedures, infection control practices, and documentation standards. Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time in fast-paced clinical settings, and remain calm under pressure. Relevant nursing degree or diploma from an accredited institution and valid nursing licensure as required in Egypt. Previous experience in hospital or acute care settings is preferred; experience in tertiary care is an advantage. Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and continuous professional development. Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records is beneficial.
