Responsibilities: Conduct product training sessions for clients and internal users. Deliver system demonstrations and presentations to prospective and existing clients. Assist clients with onboarding, setup, and basic troubleshooting of IT solutions. Provide first-level IT support and user assistance. Prepare training materials, user guides, and documentation. Coordinate the sales and business development team during demos and client engagements. Gather user feedback and report system issues or improvement areas. Ensure clients understand system features and best practices. Requirements: HND/BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in IT support, training, or software demonstrations. Strong communication and presentation skills. Basic Knowledge of Accounting. Good understanding of IT systems, software applications, and basic networking. Ability to explain technical concepts simply and clearly. Customer-focused with a professional attitude. Willingness to learn new systems and technologies. Experience in an IT solutions or software company is an advantage Prior experience in client training or technical presentations is an advantage
