Responsibilities: Performing routine laboratory investigations accurately and efficiently Sample collection, processing, and proper documentation Performing and interpreting laboratory tests within professional scope Maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring proper quality control Maintaining accurate patient and laboratory records Following laboratory safety, infection prevention and quality assurance protocols Working effectively with clinicians and other healthcare professionals Requirements: BMLS or equivalent qualification Valid professional registration/licence Relevant laboratory experience Good knowledge of routine medical laboratory procedures Attention to detail, reliability and good communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team Experience using LIS or EMR.
