*Job Overview* DuMoulin Boskovich LLP is a growing, full-service law firm with offices in Vancouver, Kelowna and Vernon. We are looking for a friendly, professional and organized Receptionist to join our team in our Kelowna office. As the first point of contact for many of our clients and visitors, the successful candidate will play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing excellent client service, and is willing to contribute wherever needed in a busy team environment. *What We Are Looking For* * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * A professional, friendly and client-focused manner * Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities * Exceptional attention to detail * The ability to learn quickly, think logically and sound judgement * Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel * A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn * A collaborative, team-oriented approach and wilingness to assist colleagues as needed * The ability to remain calm, professional and organized in a busy office environment Previous reception, administrative or professional office experience is an asset. Experience working in a law firm or other professional services environment would also be considered an asset, but we are prepared to train the right candidate. *What we offer* This is a full-time, in person position based in our Kelowna office.
