North 42 Degrees Estate Winery is looking for an experienced and passionate *Line Cook* to join our culinary team. We are a busy estate winery and restaurant known for fresh, locally inspired cuisine that complements our award-winning wines. Responsibilities * Prepare and cook menu items consistently according to recipes and presentation standards. * Set up and maintain your station for service. * Work efficiently during busy lunch, dinner, and event services. * Ensure food quality, portioning, and plating meet North 42's standards. * Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment. * Follow all food safety and health regulations. * Assist with prep, inventory, and kitchen closing duties as needed. * Work collaboratively with chefs and fellow kitchen team members. Qualifications * *2+ years of line cook experience* in a professional kitchen (restaurant, winery, or similar environment preferred). * Strong understanding of cooking techniques, timing, and station management. * Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced service. * Positive attitude and strong work ethic. * Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required. * Food Handler Certification is an asset.
