Job Description Cook Asian dishes using a high-intensity gas wok; Prepare ingredients required for recipes; Monitor food quality in accordance with the company?s standards; Participate in the development of the menu and new recipes; Supervise kitchen operations; Clean work areas and comply with applicable hygiene and safety standards. Number of Positions Available 2 positions Employment Type Full-time, permanent position (35?40 hours per week) Personal Qualifications Hold at least a vocational certificate in cooking or an equivalent qualification; Have at least five (5) years of experience as a cook specializing in Asian cuisine; Be proficient in traditional Asian cooking techniques, including wok cooking; Be legally authorized to work in Canada; Possess at least basic oral English-language skills.
