About your Sales Appointment Setter role… In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, driving the growth of our business by generating qualified leads and creating opportunities for our Customer Success team. Your energy, persistence, and sales acumen will directly influence our global impact. What you’ll do… You will spend most of your time on the phone connecting with our existing customer base. You will use your tenacity to connect with qualified decision makers and your influencing skills to set appointments for our customer success team. Pipeline management will be key to your success - engaging with leads in the pipeline over multiple channels (Phone and email) and diligently track progress in CRM. Meet KPIs: # of outbound calls, emails, contact rate, and meetings scheduled (among others) What you’ll have… 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, business development, or a similar customer-facing role. Experience working in a BPO or contact center environment with sales or performance targets. Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with confidence speaking to business decision-makers. Basic understanding of the B2B sales process and lead generation. Experience researching companies and contacts using CRM tools and public websites. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems. High school diploma or equivalent. Goal-oriented and comfortable working with daily or weekly KPIs and sales targets. Passion for sales, lead generation, and building relationships with potential customers. Enjoys working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and is motivated to exceed targets.
