About the Role B. Braun Vietnam is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - HR Rewards Lead to develop, plan, and implement compensation, benefits, wellness, and total rewards programs that enhance organizational performance, employee satisfaction, and trust. This position will also oversee HR systems (SAP), ensure compliance with labor regulations, and lead the Total Rewards team... Qualifications Education Required • Bachelor's Degree Preferred • Human Resources Management • Labor Relations or related fields Experience Required • Strong hands-on experience with SAP HR systems. • Minimum 3 years of experience managing or supervising a team. • Proven experience in data analytics using tools such as Power BI. • Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law and its practical application.
