This role acts as the core facilitator and Agile Master for IVB comprehensive organizational restructuring and 3P (Position, Person, Performance) salary reform project. The incumbent will combine banking HR expertise with the framework to lead four key workstreams: Organization, Process, Job-Matching, and Compensation, ensuring that the transformation solutions are market-competitive, compliant, internal equity principles... 1.
