Job Summary This position supports the growth of life insurance sales by leveraging data to make recommendations to agents that drive premium and profit objectives for an assigned territory. The position serves as a contact for district managers, agents and agency staff to strengthen relationships and promote life insurance products and the companys value proposition. This position is an individual contributor and performs work while receiving a moderate level of guidance and direction. Essential Job Functions Supports life insurance sales by conducting in-depth analysis of agency activity and premium under management within assigned agencies to identify trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities. Activates agents by using personal lines and business insurance data to generate quotes and referrals. Generates data insights and shares findings with management and agency stakeholders to support optimization of life insurance sales outcomes. Demonstrates working knowledge of life insurance products, marketing campaigns and services to assist agencies in understanding coverage options and providing appropriate life insurance solutions. Acts as a contact for district managers, agents and agency staff on routine matters, coordinating with internal teams to address agency needs and ensure smooth operations. Supports agencies virtually or in-person to provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations that support sales outcomes. Maintains agency relationships and provides training and ongoing education on products, services, marketing campaigns and technology. Maintains accurate records of agency performance, sales activities, interactions, and competitor data in CRM and other systems. Manages funnel entry, activation lists, and pipelines. Prepares reports, monitors progress, and ensures up-to-date information is available for use by life insurance sales and analytics teams. Assists with onboarding and mentoring new team members by sharing knowledge, providing training on tools and processes, and supporting professional development to enhance team capabilities. Performs other duties as assigned. Education Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors degree preferred. Valid life insurance license required. Other preferred designations include Financial Services Certified Professional (FSCP), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), or FINRA 6,63 licenses Experience Requirements Minimum three years of experience required in sales, account management, or agency operations preferably within the insurance industry. Possesses strong product knowledge. Working knowledge of life insurance products and services and solid understanding of company product offerings. Possesses strong technical aptitude. Physical Actions Job is performed in-person at a Farmers office or virtually at an approved alternative work location. The physical work environment is indoors and climate-controlled with adequate lighting and ventilation.
