Location: Delhi NCR Employment Type: Full-Time (Permanent) Work Mode: Work From Office Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday (flexible based on event and project requirements) Salary: 30,000 per month About the Role Dellusion Entertainment is looking for a multi-skilled Creative Content Producer who can independently handle photography, videography, editing, graphic design, and social media content execution. This role is ideal for someone who understands content creation from start to finish and can create engaging content aligned with marketing timelines, campaign objectives, and social media trends. Key Responsibilities Capture high-quality photos and videos during events, shoots, activations, and campaigns. Edit short-form and long-form content for social media platforms. Design promotional creatives, posters, banners, and marketing materials. Create reels, behind-the-scenes content, highlight videos, and campaign assets. Develop content calendars in coordination with the marketing team. Understand platform-specific requirements for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and other channels. Schedule and optimize content according to campaign timelines. Manage content archives and maintain organized project files. Ensure brand consistency across all visual content. Travel with the team for events and productions when required. Requirements Strong photography and videography skills. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, After Effects, Canva, or equivalent tools. Understanding of social media algorithms, content trends, and audience engagement. Ability to independently plan, shoot, edit, and publish content. Experience creating event, entertainment, lifestyle, or brand content is preferred. Strong storytelling and creative thinking abilities. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Perks & Benefits Permanent salaried position.
