For over 20 years, Smartsheet has empowered teams to manage work seamlessly and scale solutions smarter. Now, in our most ambitious chapter yet, we are uniting human teams with AI agents. By orchestrating the work agents do best, automating manual tasks and uncovering insights at scale, we create the space for people to focus on what truly matters: judgment, creativity, and big thinking. That is magic at work, and it’s what we show up for every day. About the Role: Smartsheet is looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to join our Global Field & Partner Marketing Center of Excellence (COE) in India. This role provides centralized program execution and operational support to our Field Marketing Managers (FMMs) and Partner Marketing leads across North America, handling the repeatable, detail-intensive work that keeps regional campaigns, events, and partner programs running smoothly. You will work behind the scenes on tracking, reporting, and coordination so that regional field marketers can stay focused on strategy and stakeholder relationships. You will partner closely with FMMs and Partner Marketing Managers day-to-day. This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys structured execution, has an eye for detail, and wants to build broad exposure to field and partner marketing operations. This role will report directly to the Marketing COE Director with a matrixed accountability to the Field Marketing Manager Team across North America. You Will: ● Support execution of regional campaigns and events by maintaining trackers, timelines, and status updates in Smartsheet. ● Assist Field Marketing Managers with logistics coordination for regional events, webinars, and partner programs (venue/vendor tracking, registration monitoring, follow-up tasks). ● Maintain and update pipeline and performance of programs to support AQL/TQL/SAO reporting for regional reviews. ● Help build and format recurring reporting materials including PowerPoint recap decks, Excel summaries, and executive update slides. ● Own data hygiene tasks across campaign and account tracking tools, flagging discrepancies to the relevant FMM or program owner. ● Coordinate with Partner Marketing on co-marketing program tracking, MDF/budget reconciliation support, and partner asset requests. ● Identify recurring process inefficiencies and suggest tactical improvements to your manager and regional stakeholders. ● Manage a small portfolio of defined tasks or a single regional initiative end-to-end, escalating budget or timeline risks promptly. ● Manage budget for programs in partnership with the Field Marketing Managers and Partner Marketing managers; process and manage the procurement process for all contracts and Pos. ● Support North America Field Marketing stakeholders to execute pipeline generating programs (webinars, direct mail etc) as assigned. ● Other projects and duties as assigned. You Have: ● 5 years of experience in marketing operations, field marketing support, or a related B2B marketing role. ● Working knowledge of B2B marketing fundamentals — demand generation, events, and digital campaigns. ● Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple trackers, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously. ● Developing understanding of pipeline metrics and funnel stages (AQL, SAO, or equivalent). ● Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides for reporting and recap materials. ● Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable coordinating with stakeholders across time zones. ● A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the judgment to flag issues before they escalate. Get to Know Us: At Smartsheet, your ideas are heard, your potential is supported, and your contributions have real impact. You’ll have the freedom to explore, push boundaries, and grow beyond your role. We welcome diverse perspectives and nontraditional paths—because we know that impact comes from individuals who care deeply and challenge thoughtfully. When you’re doing work that stretches you, excites you, and connects you to something bigger, that’s magic at work. Let’s build what’s next, together. Singapore alone has 5,920 of them. India has 3,543. The US has 2,443. If you're looking at a marketing role, geography matters: check WorkMundi's location filters to see which regions match your visa status and timezone. Don't apply everywhere; apply where you can actually work.

Four employers are posting at scale: SIMPLE RECRUIT (1,205 jobs), ROYAL ORG PTE. LTD. (795), SKILLMATCH RECRUITMENT (435), and jobgether (371). If you see a job from one of these names, you're looking at a company that hires marketing roles repeatedly. That's a signal of stability—and a chance to learn their hiring patterns across multiple openings.

In your interview, expect this question: 'Tell us about a time you measured the success of a campaign.' Marketing hiring managers ask this because they want proof you think in metrics, not hunches. Come with a real example—conversions, clicks, revenue, engagement rate, cost per acquisition—pick the metric that mattered most. Show you track what you do.
