We are looking for a dynamic professional of sales and marketing domain to join our Company Job Title:- Manager-Sales & Marketing (West regions) Job Responsibilities:- Drive sales growth across the West region Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets Prepare sales forecasts, quotations, and commercial proposals Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction Monitor market trends and competitor activities Generate new business and handle existing customers across domestic markets. Travel to customer locations and exhibitions to generate new business. Interaction with customers regarding enquiries, orders, feedback, complaints, delivery, service and payment. Prepare and present reports on monthly, quarterly and yearly targets and achievements; Development of new agents * Experience in the *Packaging Machinery* or *Industrial Machinery* industry is highly preferred * Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, and key account management * Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills * Willingness to travel across the West region Essential Skills & Competencies Good communication skills; fluency in spoken & written English; Experience in selling capital equipment and/or machinery. Project based selling experience will be an advantage. Desirable Experience:- Selling capital equipment to FMCG companies Qualification Qualification:- B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Regular) from renowned institute. Experience 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in capital equipment industry. Compensation:- Commensurate with qualification, experience, and background.
