Lead Developer, Full-Stack (Node.js / React/ PostgreSQL) Company: Justo Global (justoglobal.com) / The Ark Enterprise (thearkenterprise.com) Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. On-site (some flexibility for the right candidate) Type: Full-time Experience: 7 to 10 years overall, including 2+ years leading or mentoring a team Notice: Immediate joiners preferred; candidates on up to 30 days' notice welcome About the Role Justo Global builds cloud, web, mobile, data, and AI solutions for global clients, mostly across North America. We're hiring a Lead Developer to own the technical delivery of these projects: a hands-on leader who spends most of the week writing and reviewing code, and the rest setting direction, mentoring the team, and keeping delivery on track. In 2026, we expect our leads to work fluently alongside AI coding tools, using them to move faster while keeping firm ownership of architecture, code quality, and security. If you love building and leading, keep reading. What You'll Do - Own architecture, design, and delivery of scalable, secure, highly available applications for global clients. - Write and review production code daily across frontend, backend, and APIs. You set the quality bar through your own work. - Lead a small team: mentoring, code reviews, sprint planning, estimation, and unblocking. - Translate client and business requirements into clear technical plans and break them down for the team. - Establish engineering best practices: coding standards, testing discipline, CI/CD hygiene, and secure-by-design defaults. - Make and document architectural trade-offs across performance, cost, and maintainability. - Use AI-assisted development tools effectively, and set sensible team guardrails for reviewing and securing AI-generated code. - Work directly with US-based clients, product, and design; represent engineering in stakeholder conversations. Must-Have Skills Leadership & Architecture - Proven experience designing, building, and scaling robust, secure, highly available enterprise-grade software. - Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor developers while staying deeply hands-on. - Strong ownership of delivery: planning, estimating, and shipping reliably. Core Stack - Deep expertise in the modern JavaScript / TypeScript ecosystem: runtimes, build tools, and package managers. - Strong Node.js: scalable backend services and REST / GraphQL APIs with Express or Fastify. - Extensive React.js: complex, responsive UIs with hooks, Context API, and modern state management (Redux, Zustand). - Advanced PostgreSQL: schema design, query optimization, indexing, and data modeling. Cloud & Infrastructure - Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP): deploying, scaling, and running production workloads. - Solid working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for deploying and running containerized services (cluster operations experience is a plus, not a requirement). - Understanding of cloud cost, reliability, and observability basics (logging, metrics, tracing). Delivery & Tooling - Modern workflows: Git, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar). - Testing discipline with Jest, Mocha, or PyTest. - Sound application-security fundamentals: authentication/authorization, secrets handling, and secure defaults. Nice-to-Have - Python (Django / FastAPI) for backend, data processing, or scripting. - React Native for cross-platform mobile. - Go / Golang for high-concurrency microservices. - Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Helm) and managed Kubernetes (EKS / GKE /AKS). - Experience integrating LLM / AI features (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, or similarAPIs)into production products. Soft Skills, What Sets Our Leads Apart These matter as much as the technical checklist. For a client-facing lead, most friction is human, not technical. - Communication (the big one): explicit written and spoken English; explains technical trade-offs to non-technical, US-based clients and turns vague business asks into concrete plans. - Client-facing maturity: confident in stakeholder calls, manages expectations, and gives honest status, including bad news, without drama. - Ownership across time zones: takes end-to-end responsibility and communicate proactively so US clients aren't left waiting on Coimbatore hours. - Leadership & mentorship: grows people through review and pairing; gives feedback that's direct but kind; builds trust rather than commanding. - Pragmatism & decisiveness: makes sound calls with incomplete information and balances \"perfect\" against \"shipped.\" - Constructive collaboration: disagrees well, commits once decided, and keeps client relationships steady under pressure. - Adaptability: stays effective as priorities and client domains shift Compensation: 150,000.00 - 250,000.00 per month Benefits: - Health insurance - Leave encashment - Provident Fund Work Location: In person .

Here's where they are and how to stand out in your next interview.

That number includes positions in India (9,577), Poland (3,429), the United States (1,753), Singapore (787), and Brazil (779). If you're looking to move or work remotely, check which countries match your goals — then filter WorkMundi by location to see what's actually hiring near you.

Most developer ads you'll see are written in English: 18,397 of the 24,795. That doesn't tell you whether the job itself requires you to speak English or work in English daily, so read each posting carefully. Don't assume the language of the ad matches the language of the team.

The employers posting the most developer roles are Link Group (369 jobs), Upvanta (257), jobgether (226), and OfferZen (212). If you're applying to any of these, research their hiring patterns. They move fast and post often, which means they're either scaling hard or replacing people who didn't fit.

In your interview, expect this: 'Walk me through the last time you had to debug something that took you more than an hour. What was it, what did you try first, and what would you do differently?' Hiring managers ask this to see if you think systematically or just try random fixes. Have a real example ready with specifics.
