About the Role We are looking for a Social Media & Content Marketing Intern who loves creating content, understands social media, and is excited to learn how brands grow across digital platforms. You don't need years of experience. We're looking for someone who is curious, creative, proactive, and willing to experiment. If you're someone who spends time understanding why certain LinkedIn posts get shared, what makes a Reel work, how YouTube videos get discovered, or how AI can make content creation smarter and faster, we'd love to hear from you. Paid Internship for 3 Months What You'll Do Help manage and grow DAiOM's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.Assist in planning and executing the monthly social media content calendar.Research and create LinkedIn posts, Instagram content, blogs, reels, and short-form video ideas.Turn long-form content into engaging short-form content across different platforms.Support content creation and distribution for the Dilse Omni Talks podcast, including episode publishing, titles, descriptions, clips, and social media content.Research trends, brands, competitors, and content formats to identify new content opportunities.Experiment with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and others for research, ideation, writing, and content workflows.Track basic social media metrics such as reach, views, engagement, followers, and watch time.Use performance insights to understand what's working and suggest improvements.Work closely with the team to experiment with new content ideas, formats, hooks, and storytelling approaches. Who We're Looking For Have a strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing.Understand platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.Enjoy writing and can communicate ideas clearly.Have created content yourself - this could be for your personal LinkedIn, Instagram page, YouTube channel, college society, internship, freelance project, or any other platform.Have experimented with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools.Understand the basics of Reels, Shorts, hooks, captions, thumbnails, and social media trends.Are comfortable researching unfamiliar topics and turning them into easy-to-understand content.Are curious about how content performs and willing to learn from data.Can take ownership of tasks and meet timelines. Bonus: Experience or interest in blogging, SEO, YouTube, performance marketing, CRM, analytics, or omnichannel marketing is a plus but not mandatory. Students, recent graduates, and early-career candidates from Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or related fields are welcome to apply.
