Location: Shahdara, Delhi (Hybrid 4 Days Work from Office | 2 Days Work from Home) Experience: 13 Years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Content Writer/Creator & Social Media Executive to strengthen our brand's digital presence. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, social media trends, and visual storytelling, with excellent English communication skills. Roles & Responsibilities Create engaging content for social media, including short-form videos, reels, captions, posters, and graphics.Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.Design creative visuals using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts while ensuring consistent branding.Write clear, engaging, and grammatically accurate content in English.Monitor social media performance and recommend ideas to improve reach, engagement, and brand awareness.Stay updated with the latest social media trends, content formats, and platform updates.Coordinate with internal teams to create marketing campaigns and promotional content.Ensure timely delivery of content while maintaining quality and consistency.Requirements 13 years of experience in content writing, content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite for graphic creation.Experience in creating short-form video content and social media creatives.Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Compensation: 20,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashmentPaid time offWork Location: In person .
