We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer who is passionate about transforming raw data into meaningful insights. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Power BI, data modeling, and dashboard development, with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver impactful visualizations. The Power BI Developer will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and reports that support business decision-making. This role involves collaborating with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to ensure data accuracy, optimize performance, and present insights in a clear and actionable manner. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end BI solutions by delivering scalable Power BI dashboards and analytical views Optimize and refactor existing Power BI dashboards to improve refresh performance, model efficiency, and user experience. Develop and maintain robust semantic data models and optimized DAX measures following best practices Write high-performance SQL for analytical use cases, including complex joins, CTEs, and window functions Build analytics-ready datasets using dbt, including transformations, tests, and documentation (preferred) Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis to ensure accuracy and trust in reporting RequirementsRequired Skills: Strong SQL with hands-on experience in analytical query patterns Power BI expertise including -Dashboard development -Data modeling -DAX and performance optimization Understanding of analytics engineering, ELT concepts, and data warehousing fundamentals Good to Have Hands-on dbt experience (models, tests, sources, documentation) Python for data analysis, automation, or data validation Exposure to cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) .
