Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the launch, sustenance, and inventory-led marketing for assigned real estate projects. Project Marketing Strategy & Execution: Lead launch, sustenance, and inventory-led marketing initiatives for assigned projects, translating business and sales objectives into effective marketing plans. Campaign Planning & Performance: Drive end-to-end campaign planning, communication strategy, and on-ground execution, ensuring consistency with the Kohinoor brand positioning while achieving defined walk-in, lead and revenue targets . Agency & Partner Management: Manage creative, media, digital, influencer, PR and other marketing partners. Develop clear briefs, establish timelines, monitor deliverables, and ensure quality and timely execution. Events & Customer Engagement: Plan and execute project events, customer engagement initiatives, property showcases, experiential activities and channel partner (CP) activations to generate awareness, engagement and sales opportunities. Market & Competitor Intelligence: Track competitor projects, pricing, offers, promotions, media presence and communication strategies. Translate market intelligence into actionable opportunities and recommendations for assigned projects. Budget & Marketing Performance Management: Track project-wise marketing budgets, spends, utilisation and ROI. Monitor campaign performance and provide regular insights to optimise marketing investments and improve outcomes. Digital & New-Age Marketing: Identify and implement relevant applications of AI, technology, automation, data-driven marketing and emerging digital tools to improve campaign efficiency, customer engagement, lead generation and overall marketing effectiveness. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, CRM, Business Development, Design and other internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and alignment with business priorities. 8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within real estate. Strong understanding of integrated marketing across ATL, BTL, digital, social media, events and performance marketing .Excellent project management, communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills. .
