Job Title: GW Claims Developer Location: Greater Noida Years of Experience: 3-5 years Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled GW Claims Developer with a strong background in Guidewire Claims Center to join our dynamic team in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in developing and implementing claims management solutions using Guidewire technology. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities: - Develop, configure, and customize Guidewire Claims Center applications to meet business requirements. - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Design and implement technical solutions that enhance the functionality of the claims management system. - Perform unit testing and support system integration testing to ensure quality and performance. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing Guidewire applications. - Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Document technical specifications, design documents, and user manuals. - Stay updated with the latest Guidewire releases and industry trends to recommend improvements. Mandatory Skills: - Proven experience with Guidewire Claims Center. - Strong understanding of the insurance domain, particularly in claims processing. - Proficiency in Java and SQL. - Experience with Guidewire configuration and integration. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Skills: - Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools. - Familiarity with cloud technologies and deployment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
