Client Consultation: Understand candidate profiles, family backgrounds, and partner preferences to recommend the most suitable premium plans. Lead Management: Follow up diligently with warm leads and nurture relationships to ensure renewal and referral sales. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily talk-time metrics and monthly sales revenue targets. Data Logging: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and payment statuses in the CRM portal. Specific Job Requirements Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales (Experience in Matrimonial, Insurance, BFSI, or EdTech sales is highly preferred). Education: Minimum Graduate or 12th Pass with excellent communication skills. Languages: Fluent in Hindi and Basic English.
