Customer Success Engineer (Data & Automation) Location: Gurugram/Noida (Onsite), 5 days/week Experience: 1-3 Years Joining Timeline: Immediate About the Role: We are looking for a Customer Success Engineer/Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support to enterprise customers, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure seamless operation of cloud-based applications. You will work closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to resolve complex technical challenges and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve production issues for enterprise customers.Investigate incidents using application logs, SQL queries, and monitoring tools.Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and drive issue resolution.Support REST APIs, webhooks, integrations, and authentication workflows.Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams to resolve customer-reported issues.Manage customer onboarding, technical implementations, and ongoing production support.Create and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.Ensure timely resolution of support tickets while adhering to SLAs. Requirements 1-3 years of experience in Technical Support, Product Support, Customer Success Engineering, or Application Support.Strong understanding of SQL and REST APIs.Experience with Postman, webhooks, and API troubleshooting.Experience with scripting using Python or JavaScript.Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.Familiarity with Linux, application logs, and production incident management.Knowledge of monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, Grafana, or similar.Basic understanding of Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
