SAP FSCM TRM Lead

SAP FSCM / TRM Consultant Experience: 8+ Years Technology: SAP FSCM, SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM), SAP S/4HANA Project Experience: End-to-End Implementation Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP FSCM / Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) Consultant with 8+ years of relevant SAP experience and strong hands-on expertise in end-to-end implementation projects. The candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, testing, and supporting SAP FSCM and TRM solutions aligned with business requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of treasury processes, financial risk management, cash and liquidity management, and integration with SAP Finance and other relevant business processes. Key Responsibilities Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP FSCM/TRM implementations, from requirement gathering through go-live and post-production support.Conduct business workshops with Treasury, Finance, Accounting, and other stakeholders to understand current processes and define future-state solutions.Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FSCM/TRM functional solutions.Prepare business process designs, functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user documentation.Perform SAP configuration and support for relevant FSCM and TRM processes.Configure and support SAP Treasury and Risk Management functionality.Work on treasury processes including:Cash and Liquidity ManagementTransaction ManagementMoney MarketForeign ExchangeSecuritiesLoansInterest Rate ManagementDebt and Investment ManagementConfigure and support Market Risk Analyzer and relevant risk-management processes.Work on Credit Management processes within SAP FSCM, including credit exposure, credit limits, scoring, risk categories, and credit checks.Work on Collections Management and Dispute Management processes where applicable.Configure and support Cash Management and liquidity-related processes.Support bank integration, payment processes, and electronic bank statement-related requirements.Configure and support integration between FSCM/TRM and SAP FI/CO.Work closely with MM, SD, and other SAP functional teams to ensure end-to-end process integration.Coordinate with ABAP and technical teams for reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, workflows, and integrations.Prepare functional specifications and conduct functional testing of technical developments.Lead unit testing, integration testing, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.Support data migration, master-data preparation, reconciliation, and validation activities.Participate in cutover planning, mock cutovers, go-live preparation, and hypercare support.Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis and permanent solutions.Ensure that solutions follow SAP best practices and agreed business and project standards.Provide knowledge transfer and mentor junior consultants where required.Coordinate with onsite/offshore teams, business users, project managers, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery.SAP FSCM Expertise Strong knowledge of relevant SAP FSCM areas such as: SAP Credit ManagementSAP Collections ManagementSAP Dispute ManagementSAP Cash ManagementLiquidity ManagementCredit Risk ManagementCustomer Credit ManagementCredit Exposure and Credit LimitsCredit Scoring and Risk CategoriesIntegration with Accounts ReceivableSAP TRM Expertise Hands-on experience in relevant SAP TRM areas, including: Transaction ManagerMoney MarketForeign ExchangeSecuritiesLoansInterest Rate InstrumentsInvestment and Debt ManagementTreasury Position ManagementMarket Risk ManagementMarket Risk AnalyzerTreasury AccountingValuation and AccountingFinancial transactions and flowsInterest and payment calculationsIntegration Experience SAP FSCM/TRM with SAP FI/COAccounts Receivable and Accounts Payable integrationSD integration for credit managementMM integration where applicableBank and payment interfacesBusiness Partner and customer master dataExternal market data and banking systemsInterfaces with third-party treasury or financial systemsImplementation Responsibilities Requirement gathering and gap analysisAs-Is / To-Be process mappingSolution design and configurationBusiness process documentationFunctional specification preparationDevelopment coordinationTest-script preparation and executionUAT supportData migration and reconciliationCutover planningGo-live supportHypercare and stabilizationRequired Skills 8+ years of SAP experience with strong exposure to SAP FSCM and/or TRM.Proven experience in at least one end-to-end SAP FSCM/TRM implementation.Strong functional configuration and troubleshooting skills.Good understanding of Treasury, Finance, Credit, Collections, and Risk Management business processes.Strong integration knowledge with SAP FI/CO and other SAP modules.Experience working with business stakeholders and leading functional discussions.Excellent analytical, communication .
