As they scale rapidly across channels, they are strengthening their leadership team to support a high-growth, future-ready organization gearing up for an IPO in a few years. Roles and Responsibilities Build and drive HR strategies aligned with business growth across both frontline and corporate teams. Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession development for critical and leadership roles. Strengthen HR operations, including payroll, compliance, policies, and labour law adherence for mixed workforce environments. Implement performance management systems that support capability building, accountability, and high-quality execution. Shape a positive, collaborative culture through engagement, communication, and development programs. Partner closely with founders and business leaders to anticipate people needs and proactively manage HR risks. Skills and qualifications MBA with 15+ years of progressive HR experience across scaling organisations. At least 5 years experience managing HR for a retail or omni-channel ecosystem with 1000+ employees is a must. Proven success managing end-to-end HR in fast-paced environments, handling both frontline and corporate workforce needs. Strong depth in talent acquisition, performance management, capability building, and HR operations. Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership influencing skills, with the ability to partner closely with founders.
