Portfolio Manager / Program Manager SAP / ERP We are looking for an experienced Portfolio / Program Manager to lead large-scale SAP, ERP and Finance Transformation initiatives for a global organization. The role will involve managing enterprise-wide transformation programs, global SAP/ERP deployments, business process transformation, stakeholder management, governance, and delivery across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Operations. Location: Hyderabad Preferred Work Model: Hybrid Start Date: ASAP Experience: 12+ years overall; 8+ years in SAP/ERP programs Shift: General Open Position: 1 Interview Rounds: 23 Travel: Up to 25% domestic & international Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP/ERP transformation programs and enterprise technology initiatives.Develop and manage multi-year transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives.Establish program governance, portfolio prioritization, budget controls, and execution oversight.Track program performance, milestones, risks, dependencies, and business value.Coordinate global deployments across business units, regions, and functional teams.Manage system integrators, technology vendors, and internal delivery teams.Lead executive steering committee meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.Drive issue resolution, decision-making, and effective program governance.Lead organizational change management and user adoption initiatives.Support business process transformation across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Operations.Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the transformation lifecycle.Required Skills & Experience 12+ years of experience leading enterprise technology or business transformation programs.8+ years managing SAP/ERP implementation, upgrade, or modernization initiatives.Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle ERP, or comparable enterprise platforms.Experience managing large-scale programs with $10M+ budgets.Strong expertise in PMO leadership, portfolio management, financial governance, and business transformation.Proven experience managing senior stakeholders including VP and C-suite executives.Strong vendor and system integrator management experience.Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Skills SAP certificationsERP harmonizationM&A / merger integration programsAcquisition and carve-out programsPMP / PgMP / SAFe certificationExperience with global ERP transformation programs Interested candidates can apply through - ashu.v@jmdtechnologiesinc.com .
