Role Description The Marketing Campaign Coordinator (Outbound) is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune. This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing outbound B2B marketing campaigns across email, phone, and digital channels, aligned with Market Discs data-driven strategy. The coordinator will manage campaign calendars, build target lists, collaborate with sales and marketing teams on messaging, and ensure timely delivery of outreach activities. Daily tasks include tracking campaign performance, updating CRM and reporting dashboards, refining audience segments using available tools, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to optimize engagement and conversion. The role also involves drafting outreach content, maintaining consistent communication standards, and supporting continuous improvement of outbound processes.
