About the Role Avconexpo Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Business Development & Marketing Executive to support our business growth, market outreach, client engagement, and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a combination of business development, market research, digital marketing, client relationship management, and communication skills. The role will involve supporting both new business generation and existing client relationship management, while contributing to Avconexpo's overall marketing and brand-building activities. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market research to identify potential industries, companies, decision-makers, and new business opportunities.Research and accumulate relevant client and market data and maintain organized databases.Support B2B lead generation through LinkedIn, email outreach, online research, referrals, and other channels.Manage professional email marketing campaigns, follow-ups, and client communication.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, associates, and business partners.Handle client enquiries, follow-ups, meetings, and coordination with internal teams.Maintain and update CRM records, lead status, follow-up schedules, and sales pipeline information.Assist in preparing company profiles, proposals, presentations, pitch decks, and marketing materials.Support social media and digital marketing activities to improve Avconexpo's online presence and market visibility.Coordinate with the design/content team for marketing campaigns, social media content, brochures, presentations, and other promotional materials.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.Prepare regular reports on lead generation, client outreach, marketing activities, and business development progress.Support the Business Development team in converting qualified leads into business opportunities.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.13 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Marketing, or Client Relationship Management.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Good professional email drafting and client communication skills.Basic understanding of B2B business development and digital marketing.Familiarity with CRM software, LinkedIn, email marketing, and online research tools.Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Ability to conduct market research and organize large volumes of business data.Strong follow-up, coordination, and relationship-building skills.Proactive, organized, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
