Job Description Senior Marketing Executive Company: M/s. Trafotech Systems Pvt. Ltd. Position: Senior Marketing Executive Location: As per company requirement (Pan India travel) Department: Sales & Marketing / Business Development Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive with a strong technical background in Electrical/Electronics Engineering to drive business growth in the power sector. The role involves client acquisition, technical marketing, tender support, and relationship management across utilities, EPC contractors, and industrial clients. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Sales Identify and develop new business opportunities in the power and electrical sector.Promote company products such as EHV transformers, monitoring systems, and related solutions.Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue growth.2. Client Engagement Build strong relationships with utilities, EPC companies, consultants, and industrial clients.Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and meetings.Understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions.3. Tender & Proposal Support Track relevant tenders and project opportunities.Coordinate with techno-commercial team for bid preparation and submission.Participate in pre-bid meetings and technical discussions.4. Technical Marketing Provide technical inputs and support during client discussions.Prepare presentations, datasheets, and marketing materials.Act as a bridge between engineering and sales teams.5. Market Intelligence Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.Identify potential areas for business expansion and strategic growth.6. Coordination & Reporting Maintain sales pipeline, MIS reports, and client database.Provide regular updates to management on business development activities.Coordinate internally for order execution handover.Required Qualifications B.E / B. Tech in Electrical / Electronics Engineering10+ years of experience in marketing/business development in power or electrical industryTechnical & Functional Skills Strong knowledge of power sector (EHV transformers, substations, transmission systems)Experience in B2B sales and institutional marketingFamiliarity with tendering processes and project lifecycleProficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Preferred Experience Experience working with utilities (PGCIL, MSETCL, State DISCOMs)Exposure to EHV transformer industry or grid monitoring solutionsStrong industry network and client connectionsKey Competencies Excellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong technical understanding with commercial awarenessSelf-driven with result-oriented approachAbility to travel and manage multiple clients/projectsPay: 1,500,000.00 - 2,000,000.00 per year Work Location: Hybrid remote in Nagpur, Maharashtra .
