Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative content plans that engage audiences and drive measurable results. c. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to provide proactive recommendations. Client Relationship & Performance Management a. Maintain solid client relationships, ensuring transparent communication and alignment on expectations. b. Monitor campaign performance, provide data-driven insights, and refine strategies accordingly. c. Share monthly reports with actionable insights, along with timely invoice processing and payment follow-ups. Business Growth & Upselling a. Identify prospects for upselling and cross-selling additional services that align with client needs. b. Work closely with the internal team to develop scalable marketing strategies that support both client success and company growth. .
