Learn about BAP Program HERE Who may apply Current university students and recent graduates Responsbilities: Harness the trends on the internet and capitalize on them to increase impressions and engagement Work closely cross-functionally with design, content, performance marketing, product and other teams Design, execute and help with large social campaigns Working with the wider global social team and with external departments, including product and partnerships, to promote and build the brand of Binance Assisting the team across platforms to think of creative ideas, both for general posts and campaigns Measure, report, and analyze the performance of campaigns across channels and translate findings into actionable, data-driven recommendations in order to improve future performance Requirements: Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Possessing a keen aesthetic sense, one has the ability to independently create memes, four-frame cartoons, and/or videos.
