About Pixamate Pixamate is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who can manage multiple brand accounts, develop creative digital strategies, execute paid campaigns, coordinate with creative teams, and contribute ideas for client and business growth. Responsibilities Manage multiple client accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms. Develop monthly content calendars and social media strategies based on client objectives. Plan creative campaigns, reels, promotions, and brand-building activities. Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Monitor campaign budgets, leads, conversions, engagement, and overall performance. Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, videographers, and content teams for campaign execution. Communicate with clients, understand requirements, present ideas, and manage feedback. Analyze social media and advertising performance and prepare periodic reports. Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities. Proactively suggest new campaigns and digital initiatives to improve client growth. Contribute business development ideas, identify potential opportunities, and support client pitches/proposals. Identify opportunities to cross-sell relevant digital and creative services to existing clients. Required Skills Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in social media and digital marketing. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Strong understanding of social media strategy, content planning, and lead-generation campaigns. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously. Good understanding of campaign metrics including CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, conversions, and ROAS. Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities. Excellent client communication, presentation, and coordination skills. Ability to brief and coordinate effectively with creative teams. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Understanding of Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking is an added advantage.
