Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics. Conduct regular client meetings, provide campaign updates, and present performance reports. Identify client requirements, address concerns proactively, and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions. Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and account growth. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve project challenges and maintain service quality. Maintain project documentation, timelines, and communication records. Required Skills & Experienceminimum 6 years of experience in Project Management, Client Success, Account Management, or Digital Marketing. Strong exposure to Digital Marketing, with mandatory hands-on understanding of SEO. Experience in a client-facing role with direct ownership of client accounts. Proven experience managing US and UK-based clients. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Web Analytics. Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively. Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar platforms. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Experience working in a digital marketing agency is highly preferred. Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies is an added advantage.
