We are seeking a results-driven Asst Manager -Sales and Marketing to drive business growth for our construction firm in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in apartment sales and be flexible with work timings. Responsibilities: Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads and convert them into sales Manage social media, property portals, and other lead generation platforms to drive sales Create and implement project-specific marketing plans to boost sales Organise project launches, exhibitions, and other marketing events to showcase projects and connect with potential customers Build and manage relationships with channel partners to drive sales Provide daily sales and marketing updates to the management Requirements: MBA/PGDM in Marketing or a Bachelor's degree with relevant experience.
