Job Description Assistant Manager Sales & Marketing (EPC / MEP) Position: Assistant Manager Sales & Marketing Location: Hyderabad Experience: 710 Years About The Role We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager Sales & Marketing to support business expansion across South India for EPC, MEP, HVAC, Cleanroom, and Turnkey Engineering Solutions. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, developing sales strategies, and promoting engineering solutions across regulated industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Biopharma, Healthcare, Food Processing, Semiconductor, and Data Centers. Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities for EPC and MEP projects.Promote Turnkey Engineering, HVAC, Electrical, Cleanroom, Laboratory, and Utility solutions.Build relationships with consultants, architects, PMC firms, contractors, and end customers.Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.Coordinate with project execution and engineering teams.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Conduct market research and identify emerging business opportunities.Maintain customer relationships and drive repeat business.Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business presentations. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing (MBA preferred).710 years of experience in Technical Sales, EPC, MEP, HVAC, Cleanroom, or Industrial Projects.Strong understanding of project sales and solution selling.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Experience working with Pharma, Healthcare, Industrial, or Infrastructure clients.Willingness to travel across South India.
