Role Overview: Our client is looking to hire a Senior Brand Marketing Lead to build and scale the brand as the platform expands its presence in the US market.This role will be responsible for developing the overall marketing strategy, shaping the brand narrative, and driving integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels to accelerate awareness, acquisition, and engagement.The incumbent will play a critical role in building a strong category narrative, leading cross-channel campaigns, and driving data-backed marketing decisions while working closely with product, growth, and creative teams. Role & Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Planning Integrated Campaign Management Plan and execute 360 integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, influencer partnerships, and strategic collaborations Manage the development of brand and performance creatives Track campaign performance using data dashboards and marketing analytics Own key marketing metrics including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), ROAS, engagement, and retention Continuously optimize marketing funnels to improve acquisition efficiency and campaign Work closely with product, growth, and creative teams to align marketing initiatives with product roadmaps and user engagement strategies What Were Looking For: 6+ years of experience in brand marketing, growth marketing, or integrated marketing roles within consumer internet, digital platforms, or high-growth startups Strong experience in building and executing 360 marketing campaigns across digital, social, influencer, and partnership channels Proven ability to develop brand strategy, positioning, and go-to-market plans Strong analytical capabilities with experience working with marketing dashboards, campaign metrics, and performance insights Ability to work in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills High ownership mindset with an execution-driven and hands-on approach .
