Responsibilities Design and develop cloud-hosted web applications tailored for the insurance and reinsurance industries, covering everything from high-level architecture and network infrastructure to detailed site layout, user experience, database schema, and data workflows.Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to build functional, scalable, and responsive front-end interfaces based on static mockups and wireframes using HTML5, CSS, TypeScript, Bootstrap, and Angular.Enhance and maintain existing SaaS applications by delivering continuous improvements and providing ongoing support.Develop RESTful APIs and implement associated business logic to support application functionality.Create and execute UI automation tests alongside active development responsibilities to ensure reliability and quality.Identify, resolve, and troubleshoot issues effectively by leveraging strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.Leverage AI to accelerate and improve the software development process while delivering AI-powered features and capabilities within the product. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience developing commercial-grade or enterprise software solutions.Proven 4-5 years experience as a Python Full Stack Developer with demonstrated experience in developing, deploying, and supporting SaaS products on cloud platforms.Strong proficiency in Python fundamentals and extensive experience with web frameworks such as FastAPI.Solid experience with front-end technologies including Angular or React, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and Bootstrap.Expertise in database management with SQL and NoSQL systems and working knowledge of version control systems like Git.Deep understanding of RESTful API development and integration is a plus.Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools like Terraform is a plus.Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and with stakeholders. .
