What you'll do Run and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn primarily for lead generation clients Build and test audience strategies, ad structures, and bidding setups from scratch Analyse performance data and translate it into transparent actions not just observations Collaborate with the creative team to brief and test ad concepts, especially on Meta Manage client-level reporting know your numbers cold, own the narrative Work across multiple client accounts simultaneously staying organized and accountable What we're looking for 13 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns (agency or in-house, both work) Solid understanding of Meta Ads Manager campaign structure, targeting, creative testing, and attribution Working knowledge of Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube) and LinkedIn Campaign Manager Experience with lead generation campaigns you understand CPL, lead quality, and funnel thinking Comfortable with GA4 and basic pixel/event tracking setup Robust with data you can read a dashboard and know what to do next Explicit communicator written and verbal .
