Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client expectations, present ideas clearly, and maintain long-term relationships.Finance and Account Management skills to handle budgets, invoices, and overall account health.Proven experience in digital marketing or advertising account leadership, preferably in an agency environment.Proven creative thinking that enables them to come up with concepts for media channels or ideas for campaigns & growth opportunities for brands.Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Bachelors degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Familiarity with performance marketing, social media platforms, and basic digital analytics tools is an advantage. .
