Healthcare experience is mandatory Role Overview: The role is responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing initiatives to strengthen the brand, drive patient acquisition, and enhance patient engagement across assigned regions. The role involves managing both online and offline marketing campaigns, brand communication, ATL and BTL activities, agency partnerships, and stakeholder coordination to support business growth and brand visibility. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Marketing and Brand Management - Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive patient acquisition. - Plan and implement online and offline marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives. - Lead brand communication initiatives to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints. - Execute ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities to maximize brand visibility and customer engagement. - Conceptualize and execute patient-centric campaigns, seasonal promotions, and health awareness initiatives. - Support new service launches and promotional campaigns across hospital units. Digital Marketing - Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, display, email, and other digital platforms. - Oversee content planning and digital communication to improve brand reach and patient engagement. - Monitor campaign performance using relevant marketing metrics and recommend optimization strategies. - Coordinate with digital agencies to ensure timely execution and achievement of campaign objectives. - and generate actionable marketing insights. Offline Marketing & - Activations - Plan and execute on-ground activations, health camps, community outreach programs, corporate engagement activities, and patient awareness events. - Coordinate with hospital teams to ensure seamless execution of regional and local marketing initiatives. - Manage marketing collateral, promotional materials, branding, and visibility across all offline channels. Agency & - Stakeholder Management - Manage relationships with creative, digital, media, PR, event, and production agencies. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders, hospital leadership, and cross-functional teams to deliver marketing initiatives effectively. - Ensure timely delivery of campaigns while maintaining quality, budget, and brand guidelines. - Evaluate agency performance and drive continuous improvement in campaign execution. Campaign Analytics & - Reporting - Track and analyze campaign performance across online and offline channels. - Generate actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI. - Prepare regular reports and presentations for management on marketing performance and key initiatives. Experience & - Qualifications - MBA / Master's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management or a related discipline. - 12 plus years of experience in marketing, with preference given to candidates only from the healthcare industry. - Solid experience in brand management, brand communication, campaign management, ATL & - BTL marketing, digital marketing, and offline marketing. - Proven experience in agency management, stakeholder management, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. - Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and project management skills. - Proficiency in Oriya /Bengali language is mandatory. - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. .
