Promotion and Branding Executive

Roles and Responsibilities Drive the execution of ATL and BTL marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure the timely delivery and installation of POSM (Point of Sale Materials). Plan and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, brand activations, exhibitions, and marketing events. Collaborate with creative, advertising, and production agencies to deliver high-quality branding materials, including signages, collaterals, retail branding, and visual merchandising. Manage end-to-end vendor relationships, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely execution of branding projects. Oversee POSM inventory, deployment, maintenance, and replenishment across retail outlets in coordination with the warehouse and logistics teams. Ensure all retail branding assets are installed, maintained, and updated as per brand guidelines. Execute market branding initiatives and promotional schemes to maximize brand visibility and support business objectives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Logistics for seamless campaign execution. Monitor campaign implementation, maintain branding standards, and submit execution reports with actionable insights. Identify opportunities to improve brand presence through innovative marketing ideas and impactful retail experiences. Job Requirements : 0-2 years of experience. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Proficiency in creating visually appealing designs using VLOOKUP functions in Excel. Strong presentation skills for delivering compelling pitches to clients. .
