This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a startup environment and has hands-on experience with social media, SEO, content marketing and lead generation. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating impactful content, improving website visibility, growing online communities and generating inbound business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management * Manage LinkedIn, X, Instagram and Facebook pages. * Create monthly content calendars. * Design engaging creatives using Canva. * Create and edit short-form videos and reels using CapCut or similar tools. * Schedule and publish content consistently. * Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages when required. LinkedIn Marketing * Manage the founders LinkedIn profile. * Create thought leadership content. * Build brand visibility and professional engagement organically. SEO & Website * Perform keyword research. * Improve on-page SEO. * Publish SEO-optimized blogs and website content. * Monitor website performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console. * Coordinate with the development team to implement SEO recommendations. Content Marketing * Write blogs, website copy, case studies, newsletters and marketing collateral. * Create presentations and promotional materials. * Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve productivity and content quality. Growth & Lead Generation * Increase organic website traffic. * Generate qualified inbound leads. * Identify new growth opportunities and execute marketing initiatives. * Track campaign performance and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights. Required Skills * 23 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing. * Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals. * Experience managing LinkedIn, X, Instagram and Facebook. * Excellent written English and content creation skills. * Proficiency in Canva. * Basic video editing using CapCut or similar tools. * Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console. * Basic knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms. * Self-motivated, creative and eager to learn. Preferred Skills * Experience in B2B marketing or IT services. * Familiarity with AI productivity tools. * Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads. * Experience with email marketing platforms is a plus.
