Change & Communications Manager - Digital Transformation Location: India We're supporting a leading global organisation in the search for an experienced Change & Communications Manager to support a major Digital Transformation programme across the Asia, Middle East & Africa (AMEA) region. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving business change across a broad portfolio of enterprise initiatives. Rather than being focused on a single technology, you'll support transformation across multiple Digital, Finance, and Supply Chain programmes, ensuring stakeholders are engaged, prepared, and ready to adopt new ways of working. Key Responsibilities Lead Change Management and Communications across regional transformation initiatives.Develop and execute change strategies, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement activities.Drive business readiness, user adoption, and organisational change.Work closely with programme teams, business leaders, and regional stakeholders.Coordinate training, communications, and adoption activities across multiple markets.Identify change impacts and develop mitigation plans to support successful transformation.Provide regular reporting on change progress, risks, and adoption metrics. Required Experience Proven experience in Change Management and Communications.Experience supporting large-scale Digital or Enterprise Transformation programmes.Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Experience working with Finance, Supply Chain, or wider business transformation initiatives.Ability to work across global, cross-functional teams and multiple cultures.Strong organisational and programme coordination skills.
