Responsibilities Role Description Independently create engaging, high-quality content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TwitterDevelop and implement a data-driven social media strategy aligned with our overall marketing objectivesManage and schedule content calendars for social mediaMonitor and analyse social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.Identify and implement social media trends and best practicesCollaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure consistent brand messagingStay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools Skills Strong understanding of major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)Strong visual and creative skillsAbility to create visually appealing designs along with contentKnowledge of typography, colour theory, and layout designAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to create and execute social media strategiesExperience with social media analytics and performance metricsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCapability to work independently and as part of a teamCreativity and strategic thinking Qualifications Must have a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred)Must have 2+ years of experience in social media marketingProven track record of independently developing and executing successful social media campaignsMust have Proficiency in Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other similar ToolsStrong understanding of design principles and best practicesMust have Experience with social media analytics toolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively Our upcoming people, programs and the organization share our Cyber Risk Solutions core values.
